Our Adult Jiu Jitsu Program is designed to help students of all backgrounds build real skill, confidence, and resilience. We offer both Gi and No-Gi classes, with structured training for all levels, including Fundamental/Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced sessions.
Whether you're brand new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or looking to sharpen your game, our program provides a challenging but supportive environment focused on technical growth, physical fitness, and practical application. Beginners will build a strong foundation in core movements, positions, and submissions, while more experienced students will refine their strategy, timing, and transitions through advanced drills and live training.

Led by Coach Brendan Kayne, purple belt under Professor Cano with years of teaching experience building Youth bjj programs.
